Philadelphia Artist Lofts

is one of the first industrial buildings in Old Kensington / Northern Liberties that was converted into artist studios / spaces.   It has been occupied by artists since 1986.  The area now, Philadelphia's Second Thursday Arts District is home to a large number of artists and designers.  There are wide variety of restaurants, exciting galleries and design studios within walking distance.
