Loft 3F at the warehouse has very high ceilings, hard
wood floors and large windows that fill the space with light. The kitchen
has a butcher block counter. There is an all-in-one washer / dryer combo in the loft.
We are located
near 4th and Girard in Philadelphia's Second Thursday Arts District. This is a very walkable neighborhood.
It is just a short stroll to shops, restaurants,
music venues, bars, galleries, The Piazza,
a public library and a supermarket. The area is home to a
large number of artists and designers.
